Your membership renews automatically at the current price and in the selected frequency until you cancel. Renewal happens on the renewal day – the first day after the current period ends.

To avoid being charged for the next period, send your cancellation at least three days before the renewal day by email to support@pettracer.com.

If you wish to cancel a 24-month membership before the end of its term, please contact us first by email at support@pettracer.com.
