Statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from receipt of the goods. Please let us know within this 30-day period that you intend to return the item. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

To start the return process, please contact our support at support@pettracer.com. We'll then provide the correct return address for the country the hardware was purchased in.

We refund the full amount paid – including hardware and membership costs – provided the hardware is returned in "like new", resellable condition. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. To preserve your right to return the item, we recommend familiarising yourself with the system before putting the collar on your cat.

1. Language

The contract can only be concluded in German.

2. Warranty conditions

The warranty applies for a period of two years from the delivery date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The following conditions apply:

• Any failure to follow the operating or service instructions, unauthorised modifications, replacement of parts, or the use of materials that don't match the original specifications, voids the warranty to the extent these actions cause product defects.
• This also applies to defects caused by improper use, storage, handling, third-party interference or unauthorised opening of the devices.
• Minor deviations from the assured properties do not constitute warranty claims.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumables or accessories (including batteries and the adjustment band).

Warranty claims are available exclusively to the original buyer and are non-transferable. Please note that warranty claims may be processed in the country where the item was originally purchased.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is CH-6000 Lucerne, Switzerland. All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Please note that this contract is only available in German.
